An action plan identifies goals, strategies, metrics, and desired outcomes. As part of the Service Excellence initiative, each unit within A&F will create an action plan to maintain areas that are already identified as strengths, and work toward enhancing any skill or process that needs improvement. All action plans will be based on information gathered from stakeholder and self-assessment surveys, discussions with unit employees and leaders, and will align with UMB’s strategic plan and core values, and A&F’s guiding principles. Below are the action plans that have been developed to date.
