About the Change Management Team

Change Management team members work in collaboration with stakeholders across UMB to help end users stay connected with changes and improvements , share best practices, and build connections through communications, training, knowledge sharing, educational workshops, coaching, and resistance management.

Change Management team members include a network of representatives from Central Offices and Schools and Departments:

  • Central Office representatives from the Technical, Functional, and Training Teams- Business Applications, CITS, OOTC, SSAS, SPAC, CMAS, HR, and Payroll Service Center.
  • Change Management Network Group participates in quarterly system upgrade testing, provide feedback, focus group participation, weigh in on system enhancements. Members are expected to build buy-in for Quantum, support and mentor co-workers and subordinates by reinforcing knowledge, training, support, and best practices in their areas.
  • Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) – Campus end users with high level expertise who initiate transactions, monitor expenses, use Quantum for reconciling and reporting from Schools/Departments/Business Units.
  • Campus Networking groups – RAC, FBO, HR Partners, Payroll Representatives
