NHSC Loan Repayment Program
Licensed primary care clinicians, including PAs, can receive up to $80,000 in loan repayment through the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program by serving two years at an approved site in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA). Maryland Loan Assistance Repayment Program
The Maryland Department of Health manages the Maryland Loan Assistance Repayment Program (MLARP) for physicians, physician assistants, and eligible medical residents committed to serving in underserved areas. These programs provide up to $50,000 annually for a two-year service obligation in designated shortage areas.
