PALLA is excited to host our fourth annual symposium on PA Program Innovation, Faculty Leadership, and Learning Strategies on Friday, March 13, 2026. Led by Dr. Scott Massey, this daylong symposium will bring together educators, clinicians, and academic leaders to explore innovative approaches to leadership and learning that strengthen teaching practices and foster student success across health professions education. Through interactive sessions and shared insights, participants will engage with strategies that support learner development, faculty growth, and workforce readiness.

Participants will be placed in virtual zoom rooms to work on student vignettes and collaborate
with each other to determine the best intervention. Directions will be given on the workbooks
which will be provided as part of the materials.
** Coaching simulations will be provided by trained experienced student success coaches to
demonstrate the coaching methodology based upon the metacognitive models.
