Getting Started
All projects require a work request.
Submitting a work request ensures we have everything we need from the start—your goals, timeline, contacts, and scope. This helps us plan effectively, avoid miscommunication, and deliver on time.
Revisions
We offer two types of revisions to support your project:
Minor Revisions (Copy Editing & Proofreading)
- Fix spelling, grammar, punctuation, and typos
- Do not change meaning, structure, or layout
- Typically handled during final review
Major Revisions (Substantive Changes)
- Include updates to structure, tone, messaging, layout, or strategy
- May involve multiple teams (editorial, design, project management)
For non-billable clients, the first round of major revisions is included. Additional rounds are billed at our hourly rate. For complex projects, we’ll outline expectations and any potential costs upfront.
