Before You Order
The approved printer already has all official design templates. You do not need to provide any files.
Have the following information ready:
- School or center if applicable
- Name and degrees (master's level and above only)
- Job title(s) (maximum of two)
- Department, office, or program
- Phone numbers (office, fax, and/or mobile)
- Email address
- Physical address
- URL
Recycled paper options are available. Contact the printer for details.

To log in or reset your password:
- Visit strategicfactoryportals.com/UMB/ in your browser
- Enter your email address
- Select "I forgot my password"
- Check your email for a password reset message from umborders@strategicfactory.com
- Follow the link to create a new password
- Log in using your email and new password
Once logged in:
