Please fill out a work order request to help OCPA create printed flyers and/or digital displays — also known as eboards — to be displayed in buildings around campus. Please note that if you need more than one design element, you can use one submission form, but if you need photography or videography as part of your project, you must submit separate requests.

Submit a Work Request

Submit a work request with all content. This means finished content, images, dates and anything else that is talked about in your first 1:1 that is needed for your project.  

Give the Project 2-3 Weeks

Our experienced team needs about 3 weeks to complete most projects. There may be some exceptions for certain projects depending on the size. Projects that are needed before that timeline, will be charged a rush fee of __. 

Drafts and Notes

Once the first draft is finished,  it will be sent to the point person to review. The point person will gather the notes into a single document for our experts. Each project will get 3 round of revisions, more revisions will be charged an extra fee. 

Final Product

Our team will deliver or launch the final product.
