Legislative tracking is the process of monitoring proposed laws, regulations, and policy changes as they move through the legislative process. It involves keeping up-to-date on bill introductions, amendments, hearings, votes, and outcomes to inform decision-making, advocacy, or compliance efforts.
Emergency-centric legal handbooks are effective resources which cover topics such as executive emergency powers, governmental liability and immunity, and subject areas like public health and environmental safety.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) governance refers to the frameworks, policies, processes, and oversight mechanisms put in place to ensure that AI technologies are developed and used responsibly, ethically, and in alignment with societal values and laws.
