Lower Level HVAC

The lower level of the Campus Center contains many necessary infrastructure components such as mechanical closets, electrical closets and pumps that support the entire building. These necessary mechanical areas often generate heat, and that excessive heat was radiating into new office suites and into the elevator lobby on the lower level.

The Lower Level HVAC project is addressing the locations of thermostats, and variable air volume boxes that control the flow of air into spaces. This project also includes installing a new air conditioning unit inside a mechanical room to address the excessive heat load generated from pumps in the lower level.
