What We Do

Founded in the aftermath of 9/11 and housed at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, CHHS brings together legal, policy, public health, and emergency management experts to help clients prepare for, respond to, and recover from a wide range of threats — from cyberattacks and climate-related disasters to disease outbreaks and terrorism.
