Coaching Services
Coaching is a collaborative process where a trained coach helps you unlock your potential, gain clarity, and take meaningful action toward your personal or professional goals. Through guided conversations, powerful questions, and deep listening, coaching supports self-discovery, growth, and lasting change. The focus is on your strengths, insights, and solutions, helping you move forward with confidence and accountability.
Coaching is a confidential process, custom-tailored to each individual’s needs. Expressing interest in, or being involved in, coaching will not be shared with others, including your supervisor or others in your department. Any limits to confidentiality can be found in the Coaching Services Agreement which is reviewed during the first appointment.
Coaching is different from other services, such as counseling, therapy, mentoring, consulting and training. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy and is not about giving advice or solving problems for someone—it’s about asking powerful questions, listening actively, and helping people discover their own solutions.
Any A&F employee, no matter role, function, or career level can receive up to six free sessions. Individual sessions can be anywhere from 30-45 minutes in length.
All sessions are conducted virtually (by phone or video) unless an in-person session is requested. If in-person, sessions are held in the Saratoga Building, 220 Arch Street.
