Call for applications for the 2023 - 2024 ICTR/CTSA NRSA TL1 - Post-Doctoral - Clinical Translational Research Training Awards
The University of Maryland Baltimore (UMB) Institute for Clinical and Translational Research (ICTR) TL1 Post-doctoral Program is a collaborative effort amongst seven University of Maryland Baltimore (UMB) Schools including School of Dentistry, School of Law, School of Medicine, School of Nursing, School of Pharmacy, School of Social Work, and the Graduate School, as well as the University of Maryland College Park (UMCP) and University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).
This call for applications is for up to two UMB trainees, one UMCP and one UMBC trainee. The UMB trainees will be funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA), a partnership between UMB and Johns Hopkins University (JHU) for the first year, and by ICTR Institutional funds for the 2nd year. The UMCP trainee will be funded by UMCP institutional and MPower funds for both years. The UMBC trainee will be funded by UMBC institutional funds.
Terms of this award are according to the Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award (NRSA) Stipends, Tuition/Fees, and Other Budgetary Levels.
The duration of the TL1 Post-Doctoral Program appointment is two years.
