Anxiety Toolbox - Psychoeducational Groups

Do you want to learn new strategies to manage stress and anxiety? Or maybe be more consistent with coping skills for difficult situations? The Anxiety Toolbox groups are 3 weekly, 1-hour skill-based sessions offered this semester to help you better understand anxiety and how to change your thinking and behavior to reduce it. Participants are encouraged to attend all 3 sessions as each session builds on information from previous meetings. In order to accommodate students’ schedules, the workshops will be offered at two different start dates in the fall 2018 semester:

Anxiety Toolbox (Mondays group):

    Mondays, Sept 24, Oct 1, & Oct 8 from 4:30pm-5:30pm

Anxiety Toolbox Session (Wednesdays group):

    Wednesdays, Oct 31, Nov 7, & Nov 14 from 4:30 pm-5:30 pm
