Users don't need access to T4 Site Manager. The event submission form can be embedded on a web page.

Be aware: the provided download is a template that must be configured for each implementation. The Office of Communications and Public Affairs is not responsible for customizing or maintaining forms outside of the University's administrative units.

The provided code is heavily commented for ease of use and customization. Please read all comments in these documents carefully, as they provide instructions for customizing and implementing your form.
