Taking Care of You: Self-Care Strategies for Mind, Body, and Heart

This is an experiential workshop in which participants will integrate simple mind-body strategies for increasing energy, decreasing stress, and cultivating self-confidence. This 60-minute session will enable participants to deepen their understanding of the impact of stress and distress on their minds, bodies, and hearts, and allow them to explore the five S’s of self-care. Through hands-on learning, reflection, and dialogue, participants will experience breathing exercises, regulating movement and relaxation practices to incorporate into their personal and professional lives, allowing them to reimagine the possible.
