UMB POLICY ON RESPONSES TO LEGISLATIVE AUDITS

I. The Vice President for Administration and Finance is responsible for the coordination of responses to legislative audits for UMB.
II. The point-of-contact managing this process is shared by the Office of Financial Services on extension 6-7776 and the Office of Budget and Financial Support Services on extension 6-6938.
III. All responses to the legislative audits are reviewed by members of an Audit Review Committee that is chaired by the Vice President for Administration and Finance.
