The UMB Ambassadors Program is an initiative designed to ensure that our many international visitors feel welcome and comfortable during their time at the University.
We want to tap into the diverse wealth of our faculty, staff, and students from other parts of the world and those who are fluent in one or more foreign languages. This volunteer group could be called upon to assist in a variety of ways, including translation services, providing cultural protocol information, attending meetings and receptions with international guests, and interacting with area merchants.
