Title: Academy of Managed Care(Medicare Part D Counseling)
Description: Academy of Managed Careýs (AMCP) mission is to serve society by using sound medication management principles and strategies to improve health care for all.Managed care pharmacy principles are based upon the use of scientific evidence to achieve healthy outcomes while making the best use of money spent on medications and their management. AMCP seeks to serve the community by collaborating with the Academy of Consultant Pharmacists and the Senior Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to provide Medicare Part D counseling sessions to qualifying members.
