Community Programs in the School of Pharmacy

Title: Phi Lambda Sigma Beta Lambda Chapter (Pharmacy Leadership Society)
Description: The Beta Lambda Chapter ofPhi Lambda Sigma (PLS) is an organization that supports pharmacy leadership commitment by recognizing leaders and fostering leadership development. While promoting leadership among pharmacy students, PLS also participates in many service events. For instance, PLS partners with SMdPHA to volunteer for HIV/AIDS Awareness week and participates in the Healthy Halloween program. The organization also runs a Leadership Bootcamp program for middle and high school students in the Baltimore city area to help develop their leadership skills.
