Title: Outpatient Dental Clinics
Description: Faculty and students take pride in the quality of care provided in University of Maryland Dental School. Dedicated staff help patients learn which patient care area is best suited to their needs. Dental and dental hygiene students provide the majority of the treatment, supervised by faculty engaged in teaching, research and patient care. At the Dental School, caring for patients--and caring about patients--are our goals. We provide complete family dental care while helping our patients to prevent dental disease. Before beginning any treatment, dental health care providers conduct a complete examination to determine the best course of dental care. Our faculty review and evaluate all treatment provided by students. Patient care may take longer, but personal attention and supervision are assured.
