Description: Harbor City Unlimited provides psychosocial rehabilitation services to persons with chronic mental illnesses. Services include skills training, leisure activities, substance abuse support, employment and housing. Harbor City Unlimited also operates a non-profit company called Harbor City Services which operates a storage services for medical records and a brokerage of used medical equipment.
