Title: Tar Wars
Description: Tar Wars provides 4th and 5th grade students with interactive activities to help children understand the short term health consequences and financial costs of smoking. Additionally, we discuss how advertisers entice individuals to smoke and how students can recognize these tactics. At the conclusion of the presentation, students are invited to participate in a national poster contest.
