The 2011–2016 Strategic Plan established UMB’s priorities and direction for this planning period. Developed to guide institutional decision-making and resource allocation, the plan provided a framework for advancing the University’s mission and responding to opportunities and challenges of the time.

A strategic plan has been developed to make the University “greater than the sum of our parts.” Created by the UMB community, the plan will shape the University for the next decade.
