Take steps toward a healthier you and join us in the fight against heart disease and stroke by signing up for the 2017 American Heart Association Heart Walk. We know it is a struggle to balance work and life while maintaining a heart-healthy lifestyle, but there are many reasons for you to join us for the 2017 Heart Walk. Here are our top three:

  1. Commit to making a lasting change in my life that will improve my own heart health.
  2. Honor and support our parents who have heart issues and live and fight many heart ailments each day.
