The Southern Management Corporation Campus Center houses a variety of flexible, attractive meeting and conferences rooms.

There are two ballrooms on the second floor which, when combined, provide over 4000+ sq ft of space, and that’s not including the 1,200+ sq ft pre-function lounge immediately adjacent to the ballroom. For special ballroom events, direct access from the lounge to the Pratt Street Garage can be arranged so that guests can park and enter with minimum disruption.

There are also opportunities to host meetings (including those that require catered meals) in well-appointed conference rooms with splendid views of Davidge Hall and/or the School of Nursing’s green space.

The SMC Campus Center also contains state of the art communication tools allowing for dynamic visual displays of current happenings in the building, support conference activities and allow for multi-media audio visual presentations. Opportunities also exist for students and guests to simply relax and enjoy the various lounges and rooms, some with magnificent views of the professional stadia located just south of UMB’s campus.

In short, the SMC Campus Center is a place of destination, a place of energy and a place of gathering where the UMB community can connect, grow and prosper.

Room reservations in the Southern Management Corporation Campus Center MUST be made by completing the Room Request Form.

MEETING ROOMS
The Southern Management Corporation Campus Center has 6 meeting rooms of various sizes that fit guests around a fixed central table. The maximum room capacities are listed below; however please note the numbers are subject to change based upon additional set up accommodations (i.e. Podium, panel table, catering table, etc.).
