Advertising Prior to Your Event

Once a reservation has been confirmed you may advertise your SMC Campus Center event on the Digital Display TV's throughout the building.  Directions on how to size and submit a Digital Display are found here.

Advertising on the Day of Your Event

Depending on your reservation, use of a TV to advertise a welcome slide may be available. These TV's include one located in the Prefunction Lounge for events in Ballroom B (210), one at the top of the main staircase for events in Ballroom A (208), and one located between Multipurpose Room 349 and Meeting Room 351 for events held in those rooms. If you would like to advertise a welcome slide, please format a .JPG image to 45.5" wide x 25.75" high or 3072 pixels wide x 1738 pixels high and email it to Event Services AV Support at avsupport@umaryland.edu with your event information at least two days before your event.
