Parking for Special Events in the SMC Campus Center
The two most accessible University of Maryland garages to the SMC Campus Center are the Penn Street and Pratt Street Garages. The Pratt is connected to the SMC Campus Center. However, unless special access has been arranged (directions below), parkers in the Pratt must still enter through the Lombard Street entrance. Request Parking for Special Events:
If you would like to request parking in the connecting Pratt Street Garage, for your scheduled event in the SMC Campus Center, you must have a security officer present for specified hours throughout the day. Security is present during the hours* specified below. Please fill out a Request Form for either Police or Security Personnel.
Pratt Street Garage:
You can enter “Pratt Street Garage” for your Garage/Lot Preference. It is not guaranteed that Parking and Transportation Services will be able to allot space for you in the Pratt Street Garage however they will work to give you the closet garage available. Monday - Thursday: 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Friday: 4:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
