Event services is committed to providing opportunities to our students and campus community through the hosting of successful programs and meetings that further the mission and Strategic plan of the University.  Serving as the main department for all SMC Campus Center conference, meeting and special event spaces, we facilitate and coordinate all reservations, scheduling, event set-up and audio visual needs in a welcoming and professional environment.  Excellence will be achieved through proactive customer solutions, open communication, accountability and fiscal responsibility
