A joint venture between University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) and University of Maryland Medical Center (UMMC).
When: Sept. 19 | 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Where: Lexington Market Plaza – 112 N. Eutaw St. (enter Plaza from Paca St. side of Market)
Set up: Begins at 9 a.m.
We will provide tables, chairs, and plain disposable tablecloths. You are responsible for providing the following optional items:
- a pop-up tent (recommended – the event space is in direct sunlight on pavement so it gets hot in the area)
- table-top signage (optional)
- decorations (optional)
- your own branded tablecloth (optional)
- and/ or other items specific to your tabling needs.
