Planning for your move-in day ▾
According to the dates set forth on your UMB Housing License, you will be required to check-in at the Housing Office located at 518 W Fayette Street; Baltimore MD 21201 to pick up your keys. It is advised that you pick up your University ID prior to move-in so that it can be programmed with access to your building (this will require you to electronically submit your photo to the OneCard Office at least 1 week prior to your desired move-in date). Due to restrictions on parking, Fayette Square residents will receive information prior to move-in regarding the move-in process and items requiring your action to sign-up for a limited number of move-in appointments to unload within the courtyard area. Please e-mail us at umbhousing@umaryland.edu with your estimated move-in date. If you do not take advantage of the courtyard appointment times, you will need to park your vehicle on the street (there are parking restrictions during rush hour from 7 - 10 a.m. and 4 - 6 p.m. so please plan accordingly) or in a public garage to unload your belongings.
