URecFit At-Home Fitness Games

Have fun and compete against others in this 6 week interactive at home fitness workout program! Every week all participants will receive a set of exercises with varying levels of difficulty. Each set of workouts will give you the chance to earn points that will be added to your total. Along the 6 week time period there will be opportunites where particpants can gain more points by completing challenges sent out by our URecFit trainer. Completion of these workouts/challenges will grant you points that will be posted on a live leaderboard, updated every week. You will enter a username that will display your progress on the leaderboard, so it’s completely anonymous should you choose to not include your name.

This program is free to all UMB staff, faculty, students, UMMC Staff and affiliates!

A majority of these exercises will be bodyweight, but may require a small amount of equipment. We invite anyone of all fitness levels to enter the Home Fitness Games to push yourself and your colleagues!
