Prospective SIMS/Banner users should first refer the “Getting Started” portion of this site. This form should only be completed and submitted by SIMS user access owners. There is a designated person in each school/program/office that is responsible for approving new SIMS user requests. Please check with the SIMS team to determine the appropriate contact person for your area.
This form is necessary if you wish to enable printing from Banner to one of your office printers. Please note not all printers are compatible. Before purchasing a new printer, please have your desktop/technical support team reach out to the SIMS team. It may be necessary for your desktop support team to complete and submit this form.
