UMB's Fifth Annual Proud to Work Here, Proud to Give Here Campaign Has Officially Kicked Off!

The Office of Philanthropy invites all University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) faculty and staff members to join us in celebrating this special fifth anniversary of a now PROUD tradition at UMB.

Since the campaign’s start during the 2018-2019 academic year, employees have made significant impact in the areas of student scholarships and endowments, professorships, research activities, public service projects, institutional programs, and school-based greatest need support.

Participation in this Universitywide fundraising effort is easy and secure. Faculty and staff can participate by selecting one of the following options:

1. Make a one-time or recurring gift using a credit card via our secure giving site.
2. Make a one-time gift using your digital wallet (the University of Maryland Baltimore Foundation, Inc. now accepts PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay) via our secure giving site. 
3. Set up a biweekly donation of any size through payroll deduction via the University System of Maryland’s payroll deduction portal.

Celebrating Five Years!

In honor of this anniversary, a special challenge has been created. The Power of 5 Challenge gives faculty and staff an opportunity to show their workplace pride and have a chance to win UMB-branded prizes!
