Lexington Market Rooftop Student parking renewal and registration is ongoing. Please note that you must provide a copy of your class schedule that includes your name (SURFS) at time of application in order to receive a Lexington Market Student Permit.

Please read all of the following information before proceeding. Failure to follow these procedures will delay the parking registration process and could result in a loss of parking privileges.

There is no online registration for Lexington Market Garage (rooftop). There is limited availability for parking in this garage.

• Permit must be displayed at all times.
• Permit must be returned when you graduate or withdraw.

All students: To access on-campus Lexington Market Garage (rooftop) parking, you must do the following:

1. Complete an Application.
   1. Attached a copy of your class schedule with your name (SURFS). This is mandatory.
2. You will receive an email confirmation and a link to make an appointment to pick up your permit. Permits must be picked up within 5 days of receiving an appointment link or application will be voided.
3. Pay the first monthly fee of $47.50 in person at the cashier’s office. After the first payment, this is payable online only by the first of every month.
4. PTS will link your student UMB One Card to the parking system (your UMB One Card link gives you access after 4 p.m. and out by 9 a.m. to all UMB garages).

Additional information regarding Lexington Market Garage (rooftop) parking will be provided with the receipt of your permit and access card. Please note that there are no semester breaks in this parking program. If students cancel from the program, there is no guarantee that parking will be available at a later date. All payments must be made by the first of each month to remain in the program. The Lexington Market garage is owned and operated by the Lexington Market Association.
