Stakeholder Survey for Parking and Transportation Service

You are invited to participate in a survey related to customer service for Parking and Transportation Services, a division within UMB's Administration and Finance. Parking and Transportation Services provides a wide range of services to the UMB community such as :
  • Convenient parking garages
  • New parking technology including:
    • AVI Parking permits
    • Mobile apps
  • Parking for:
    • Visitors
    • Faculty
    • Staff
    • Students
    • Special events
  • Alternative transportation programs:
    • Zip Car
    • Bikes and Scooters
    • MTA programs

The survey is divided into two parts:
  1. Part 1 is a series of questions for your impressions of Parking and Transportation Services overall. These questions are related to the service dimensions of Knowledge, Communication, Process Improvement,  Attitude, and Ownership and Accountability.
  2. Part 2 is an open-ended question where you can enter a comment about any specific service within Parking and Transportation Services.  Feel free to be as detailed as you'd like.

Your survey responses are completely anonymous and will contribute to a set of baseline data that will be used for action planning, and training and development for Parking and Transportation Services.
