Critical Conversations Dialogue Program (CCDP)

This fall we will be launching the Critical Conversations Dialogue Program (CCDP). CCDP is an opportunity for individuals from various backgrounds at UMB to come together and engage in dialogue on topics related to social identity.

CCDP is a 3-week cohort-based dialogue program facilitated by 2 trained facilitators. Each dialogue session is 2 hours long.

For our pilot launch this fall, we will have at least one student intergroup dialogue and one staff and faculty intergroup dialogue focused on the topic of race and ethnicity. In the future we hope to extend CCDP and offer multiple dialogues per semester on various social identities and topics including gender, sexuality, social class, immigration, etc.
