The central Office of the Registrar is responsible for compliance, transcript management, degree/enrollment verification management for students and alumni, administering the residency policy, degree conferrals and academic data reporting.

Residency Petitions

The deadline to submit a Spring 2024 petition was January 29, 2024. The Office of the Registrar will begin accepting residency petitions for Summer 2024 on April 15, 2024 through June 3, 2024. For more information on submission for future semesters, see Petition Submission Deadlines.

All new incoming students' default to out-of-state, non-resident. If you wish to be considered for in-state residency status, you must apply for in-state status.
