Steps to be taken by endorser:

1. Create an FSA ID at https://fsaid.ed.gov/ — an FSA ID is required to electronically sign the endorser addendum.
2. Sign on to StudentAid.gov — this is the website where you electronically co-sign the loan.
   
   1. Enter Loan Reference Number (provided by student borrower) and follow the instructions.
