  1. Chemical labeling inadequate or missing
  2. Eye wash concerns identified
  3. Chemical storage compatibility issues
  4. Updated door sign not posted
  5. Biohazard trash too full
  6. Corrosive chemicals stored above eye level
  7. Compressed gases not secured
  8. Reusing disposable gloves
  9. Chemical storage — secondary containment needed
  10. Compressed gases not properly capped while stored
