The Student Counseling Center offers psychoeducational workshops during the fall and spring semesters. The workshops below will be offered during fall semester of 2018! These workshops are offered to current UMB students only.
Drop-In Stress Management Workshops
Do you want to chat with a counselor about stress and anxiety management in an informal setting? This drop-in session will focus on providing information that will increase a student's ability to understand the nature of stress, learn about strategies for managing stress, and to evaluate their personal stress level.
