Anxiety Toolbox Series for the 2019-2020 Academic Year
Do you want to chat with a counselor about stress and anxiety management in an informal setting? Or maybe be more consistent with coping skills for difficult situations? This series of sessions will focus on providing information that will increase a student's ability to understand the nature of stress, learn about strategies for managing stress, and to evaluate their personal stress level.
The Student Counseling Center offers psycho-educational sessions during the Fall and Spring semesters. Each series is made of 3 weekly, 1-hour skill based sessions. Listed below are the series options offered during Fall semester of 2019. Sessions are offered to current UMB STUDENTS ONLY!
