Intercultural Leadership and Engagement

Intercultural Leadership and Engagement (ILE) was created in June of 2020 to aid the University in advancing student success and the development of cultural competencies to inform professional practice. We aim to provide academic and social support to historically underrepresented populations while enhancing skills for intercultural development and intergroup dialogue.
