How do I access the myUMB Portal?

The web address for the myUMB Portal is here.

What is the myUMB Portal username and password?

The myUMB Portal uses UMB Authentication.  Log in with your UMID and Password.

What do I do if I have unsuccessfully logged on more than 6 times and have locked my account?

Your myUMB Portal account will be automatically unlocked after 10 minutes.  If you need immediate access, please email or call the IT Help Desk (410-706-4357) to have your account unlocked.

How do I change my Campus Contact Information?

Employees (faculty and staff) and Affiliates can update their Campus Contact information from the myUMB Portal Page.  Once you are signed on with your UMID and Password, click on the “My UMB Employee Self Service” or "My UMB Affiliate Self Service" tab located in the upper-left corner of the screen. 

Once you have accessed "My UMB Information and Tasks," click on the "My Personal Information" link.

How do I change my Emergency Contact Information?

Employees (faculty and staff) can update their Emergency Contact information from the myUMB Portal Page.  Once you are signed on with your UMID and Password, click on  “My UMB Employee Self Service” tab located in the upper-left corner of the screen.

Once you have accessed "My UMB Information and Tasks," click on the "My Emergency Contacts" link.

The "UMB Employee Info and Tasks" or "UMB Affiliate Info and Tasks" section is blank! There are no links available.

When you click on the "UMB Employee Info and Tasks" or "UMB Affiliate Info and Tasks" tab and only a ‘blank’ section appears with the UMB Portal banner on the top and no links, the area that shows links may be minimized.  Here are instructions on how to expand the area. 

Find the “UMB Employee Info and Tasks” or “UMB Affiliate Info and Tasks” banner and look to the right.  There may be a small button with a ‘square’ on it.  Click on that button to expand the area.
