UMB’s NEW Customer Billing System & Tutorials

November 2, 2015 marked the go live of UMB’s new Customer Billing System (CBS).  CBS is the system used to create non-grant customer billings and track related transactions. Everyone has online access to the CBS Request Form.   Users who need to monitor CBS-related transactions now log in to eUMB Financials using their own credentials.  The CBS pages are located at eUMB Financials > Accounts Receivable > Receivables Analysis > Aging.  CBS-related revenue transactions are monitored using the Transaction Details page in RAVEN Financials Inquiry.

Online tutorials are available for those who would like to view demos before using the system.  Tutorials include accessible versions of the step-by-step demos, CBS codes and descriptions of the fields displayed on several page layouts.  You can reach the tutorials through the myUMB Portal (or directly):
