Douglas Bowser

Mr. Bowser is responsible for the lifecycle management of Administrative and Academic applications such as Kuali Research, ImageNow, ARCHIBUS, Blackboard, and MediaSite as well as numerous historical applications. Mr. Bowser focuses on the strategy and provides ongoing leadership for acquiring, maintaining, and optimizing the enterprise applications to support the needs of the campus. 

He has more than 30 years of experience in all areas of application development with the last 10 focused on management. He is a graduate of University of Maryland University College with a Bachelor of Science degree in information systems management.
