Security officer Antwone Jones says he joined the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) Police and Public Safety team six months ago to better himself. 

“I want to accomplish more goals,” Jones says. One of those goals is to one day become a UMB police officer. 

“I have a strong determination to succeed,” Jones says. He encourages students new to UMB to embrace this philosophy. “Stay strong and stay positive.”

Jones describes the job as a great opportunity and says he enjoys the respect and motivation of his co-workers.
