Mamadou Ndoye was a security officer for a clothing company before joining the University of Maryland, Baltimore Police Department (UMBPD) in February 2022. 

“It’s about being present, representing the organization, and doing what you are supposed to do in every moment,” he says. 

Ndoye hopes to grow within not just UMBPD, but the University of Maryland, Baltimore as a whole. He encourages students to focus on their goals ahead.

In his spare time, Ndoye is a family man, with a wife and two boys. “Everything I do is for my little family,” he says.
