Security Officer Chuckiera Chase brings a positive outlook to her work every day. As a Safe Ride Driver, Chase enjoys meeting new people and seeing friendly faces. 

“Challenges are few and far between when you have a positive outlook,” Chase says. She tries to spread that positivity to new students at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. “Stay positive and remember the goal!”

Chase joined the department three years ago to pursue better opportunities. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and watching TV. One fun fact about her: She once co-hosted a radio show!
