Chair massage

Massage

Counteract the negative impacts of prolonged sitting with a 15-minute seated massage. Massage eases tension and stress by addressing the back, neck, shoulders, arms/hands, and legs/feet.

Evidence-based research shows that people who receive massages in the workplace experience a decrease in the stress hormone cortisol and an increase in mental focus. Employees can return to work refreshed and ready to go!

Yoga

Chair yoga is a great practice for everyone, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness. Yoga can decrease stress and improve mental clarity. Complicated maneuvers and complex movements will not be presented in class. All levels of yoga experience are welcome to join us.*

Financial Wellness

Building a great financial future can positively affect your mental and physical health. Recognizing ways to manage your money, preventing debt and improving credit scores, and saving for retirement can ease the stress and anxiety related to finances. These sessions and events will provide resources and tips to help you make effective decisions and be financially confident.

Guided Meditation

Learn to relax with guided meditation. Employees who are stressed out, anxious, tense, and worried should consider trying meditation. Spending even a few minutes in meditation can restore calm and inner peace. Meditation is a great practice for everyone, as it deepens personal body awareness, improves concentration, and enhances physical and emotional well-being.
