UMB supports and advances diverse students, faculty, and staff by promoting and providing professional and educational programs and initiatives that build capacity, equity, and respect

Objective: Increase representation of — and positive measurable impact for — minoritized and underrepresented groups in professional development opportunities 

Metrics

Number and percentage of women, non-binary, URM, and minoritized participants in professional development opportunities

Increased promotion and retention rates of program participants

Audit experience surveys for improved employee and student success (e.g., employee promotion and student graduation rates), well-being, and demonstration of core values
