The approved printer listed below has the design templates for business cards, letterhead, envelopes, and campus maps. You do NOT need to provide the printer with any templates. Please be ready with the following information when placing your print orders:

• School or center if applicable
• Name and degrees (master's level and above only)
• Job title or titles (maximum of two titles)
• Department, office, or program
• Office, fax, and/or cellphone numbers
• Email address
• Physical address
• URL

Client Login Instructions:

Strategic Factory has updated its portal. The email address you have on file has already been used to set up your account on the site, but you will need to generate a new password. This applies to current accounts ONLY. Here are step-by-step instructions for accessing the new site:

• Visit strategicfactoryportals.com/UMB/ in your browser
• Enter the email address associated with your portal account.
• Click the radio button for “I forgot my password.”
• An email will be sent to your address from umborders@strategicfactory.com with the subject “Password Reset Request.”
• Open the email and click on the link to create a new password for your account.
• Once you have saved the new password, use the email address and password to log in to the site as a user.
• Once logged in, you are encouraged to update your profile with any additional details you would like to provide. These will be used when placing orders.
